Get in the mix with 9.2!

The latest increment of the rostrvm system (rostrvm 9.2) is now available.

New multi channel features incorporate a suite of Email Supervisor reports allowing call centre managers to better understand service level delivery in the email channel.

We have also improved multi channel blending to simplify agent desktop management of rostrvm predictive dialler outbound campaigns and resultant inbound traffic.

Enhancements to data backup facilities and new techniques for call recording archive and retrieval have been included.

This release also extends support for underlying technology such as Windows Server 2012 and updates to the Oracle MySQL database.

 




Call Centre and Customer Service Summit 2014

Rostrvm recently attended the Call Centre and Customer Service Summit event. We had the pleasure of meeting some interesting professionals to discuss their plans and share information. We had a very positive reaction to multi-media and how our outbound dialling is critical to effective email, text and social media management strategies.

We will be attending the next event on 15-16th September 2014, Whittlebury Hall Hotel & Spa, Northamptonshire.

Meet the team - Rostrvm’s Marketing Manager bounces back to work!

We have the pleasure of welcoming back Tiziana from Maternity Leave who is now a proud and busy mother of two little girls called Sofia & Elena.

Tiziana is instrumental in continuing to help Rostrvm build its sales and marketing initiatives and working closely with the team to execute new campaigns and influence a number of business projects.
