rostrvm 9.1 is now available with extended features including  a new tool to simplify the creation and management of CallGuide and DeskTop scripts allowing them to be constructed as a graphical flow diagram.

Precision dialling enhancements include the ability to set account dialling priority – for example promoting the priority of leads from your web site.

rostrvm 9.1 also includes support for user applications such as rostrvm AdVisor , CallGuide and ControlCentre on Microsoft Windows 8 desktops.
