Is your desk top a desk tip?
We have completed our survey to gain a 'real world' insight into IT complexity in the contact centre and supporting 'back office' operations. We also hear that contact centres increasingly use Social Media such as Twitter and FaceBook to interact with customers..... we aimed to find out whether this is true.
We would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey.

The rostrvm team expands
Two new members have joined the rostrvm team in recent weeks.
Simon Gaut has joined the sales team bringing extensive experience in sales campaigns. He is working closely with his colleagues to further strengthen day-to-day communication with customers and business partners.
As part of our continuing commitment to deliver exceptional customer service we have expanded our support desk. Tom Fyvie has joined the team to provide additional service to our expanding customer base.
