Trying to achieve excellence for your customers has never been more important than now, with increased competition and tough economic conditions. With this in mind, Rostrvm Solutions is sponsoring the 6th Annual North West Contact Centre Awards, which rewards such excellence.
Rostrvm Solutions, which develops and supports software applications for the contact centre and back office process management and reporting, has regularly sponsored awards and this year, 34 companies have made it to the finalist stage. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner taking place on the 7th October, 2011 at the Palace Hotel, Manchester.
The awards are organised by CallNorthWest. Through the support of the University of Central Lancashire and its members, CallNorthWest has become the largest regional network of contact centres in the UK, with a membership that continues to grow every year.
Simon Wellings of Rostrvm said, “The awards are judged on both a written application and a meeting with the panel of judges, who are representatives from the North West Contact Centre Sector. We wanted to sponsor these awards because CallNorthWest has been working with the region’s contact centres for many years, helping them to overcome the obstacles to high performance, as individuals and organisations strive to achieve ‘excellence’.”
