External visibility of our quality process is achieved though this certification by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) – an accredited auditing and certification body. ISO 9001:2015 brings new focus to business continuity and risk management.
The ISO, supplemented by the TickIT guide from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), ensure we follow best practice in the design, development, testing, installation, support and maintenance of software products, bespoke software applications and professional services. This applies across all business sectors to accommodate our wide range of clients using rostrvm inbound, outbound (for example dialler and multichannel contact), desktop optimisation and performance management tools.
Our Quality Management System is designed to support our staff in building and maintaining quality in their work. We have a comprehensive Quality Manual detailing our internal and external objectives, to ensure we provide high levels of customer satisfaction and security.
