Another thing for you to think about this year is the change in call charges that come into play soon.

The changes will mean alterations to your advertising, web site …. In particular you will need to look at your use of 0800 calls in your call centre; “Freephone will mean free. Consumer calls to Freephone (0800, 0808 and 116) numbers, which are generally free from landlines, will become free from mobile phones too”. Currently some mobile callers are charged up to 40p per minute to call ‘free’ numbers.  In July will you be paying? If so, how much?
