We’re looking for someone to join our project implementation team as a Project Coordinator who can work with Project Managers and Sales Consultants to coordinate and implement project phases.

You’ll work closely with our services teams to translate documented customer requirements into configured software implementations. You will plan, design and conduct tests of customer implementations, correcting errors and re-testing to achieve an error-free result.

Our ideal candidate has a background in the hands-on delivery of software applications with good general knowledge of IT and telephony infrastructure. You will have a methodical approach to delivering solutions with attention to detail. You have strong process and software implementation experience. A working knowledge of the call centre or customer service sector would be an advantage although not mandatory.

Experience & Skills

You should have experience of the following technologies:

  • Oracle MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server;
  • Windows Server operating systems;
  • VB scripting and HTML;
  • experience of working with an ISO9000 quality system.
