Our business is growing nicely and we have a need for an additional Business Development Manager focussed on new business acquisition. You’ll be part of a dynamic and successful sales team selling our market leading call centre and outbound contact management software to a really interesting mix of customers across the UK – check out our case studies to get the idea.

The job requires a proven track record of sales success. You have experience selling technical solutions to business audiences. A working knowledge of the call centre or customer service sector would be an advantage although not mandatory. Far more important is your sales approach. You work hard and smart. You are a good listener and can tailor your approach to suit your audience. You are a polished communicator, both face to face and in writing. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to do some cold calling and you follow up all leads quickly and diligently. You make customer relationships quickly and are good at qualifying opportunities. You manage your pipeline diligently and aren’t afraid to ask for the order. If this is you then we want to hear from you.
