We’re pleased to announce that Tom Nicholls has joined our sales team as a Business Development Manager.

Tom has worked in the contact centre industry for over 15 years in a variety of roles, including product development, technical support and consultancy, so has plenty of experience to be able to help customers and prospects.

It has a solid reputation as a British firm with over 30 years’ experience in the contact centre industry.
