Rostrvm Solutions strengthens its team and message

Tiziana Giardina has joined contact centre software developer Rostrvm Solutions as Sales and Marketing Development Manager.

Tiziana GiardinaRostrvm, which recently moved into larger offices, is bucking the economic trend by enjoying growth and expansion and Tiziana will be working closely with her colleagues to ensure customers benefit from this.

She explains, “Rostrvm already has a strong brand and, together with Ken Reid, Marketing Director, and Peter Brown, Sales Director, I will be looking at ways to develop it. We’ll ensure that both prospective and existing customers know about all the products and services that Rostrvm offers – and how best to achieve the results they need. Everything that we do will be customer-focussed, starting with adding to our integrated sales and marketing strategy with some exciting new campaigns, which promote a number of fresh business projects.”

Tiziana adds, “Rostrvm is known for its solid experience and knowledge of the contact centre business, which gives it the ability to understand customer needs properly and fulfil them in the most appropriate way. I, too, will be taking time to thoroughly research the requirements of our contact centre customers and to work with our Business Development Managers to match their needs.”

Tiziana’s role will include researching and reporting on external opportunities using telesales, questionnaires and the internet, enhancing the Rostrvm brand and helping to manage the marketing mix.

Tiziana has significant experience in the IT industry, having previously worked at Microsoft as a Partner Account Manager, helping clients develop their CRM businesses. Before that she was Business Partner Manager at Sage UK and she started out at Touchpaper (now part of LANDesk) in the Sales and Marketing department.

She brings energy and enthusiasm to help drive projects forward, whatever the contact centre challenge – inbound, outbound, desktop optimization or performance management.”
