Project Consultant
As our business continues to grow we need good people who can deliver our solutions to the high standards our business and our customers expect. We’re looking for someone to join our project implementation team as a Project Consultant. You’ll work closely with our sales people and our customers to understand their detailed requirements before implementing them to an agreed functional specification. You’ll ensure that project and commercial milestones are met before handing over to our support team. Organisation and process management is key to this role.
Our ideal candidate has a background in the hands-on delivery of software applications with good general knowledge of IT and telephony infrastructure. A working knowledge of the call centre or customer service sector would be an advantage although not mandatory. You have strong process and project management experience. You are a good listener but are not afraid to make your point when you feel the need. You have good people skills and communicate well on the telephone and in writing. You work well on your own or as part of a team. You know when to delegate and when to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. You have a positive outlook and a can do attitude even when the going gets tough. If this is you then we want to hear from you.
