Predictive dialler compliance

The future of outbound contactPredictive dialler use is regulated by Ofcom.  The policy and regulations are kept under review and last autumn Ofcom asked for input from the industry. 

Responses were received from individuals, predictive dialler users and technology providers. As a result we can expect further formal consultation later this year.

In the meantime contact centres must ensure that they are operating in a compliant manner and should look at how calling activities are optimised through precision dialling.
