Rostrvm Solutions launches pay-for-use predictive dialer software


Woking (UK) November 2003 - Rostrvm Solutions Limited, the UK's leading independent supplier of open customer interaction management applications has launched a new, pay-for-use package for its rostrvm OutBound predictive dialing software. This package is designed to support call centres with variable dialing capacity requirements.

The system can also be integrated to web site 'Call Me' buttons acting as the control and management point to ensure that promises to call are met.

rostrvm OutBound predictive dialer is specifically designed to support the UK Direct Marketing Association guidelines on the use of automated dialers.
