Rostrvm Solutions lowers the CTI cost barrier
Woking, January 5th, 2004 - Rostrvm Solutions Limited, the UK's leading independent supplier of open Customer Interaction Management applications has released enhancements to rostrvm Keys to deliver fast deployment of CTI in conjunction with a wide range of desktop applications.
rostrvm Keys is a component of the rostrvm AdVisor toolkit; it provides an environment to design macros to support screen-pop data delivery for inbound and automated outbound call centre campaigns. Users can CTI-enable applications in minutes reducing the overall professional services requirement and, in turn, reducing the cost of CTI projects.
