TSC implements rostrvm predictive dialler


Woking and Falkirk (UK) December 4th, 2003 - Telecom Service Centres Ltd (TSC), the provider of inbound and outbound multichannel contact services with customers such as Direct Line and Scottish Power has chosen the OutBound predictive dialler from Rostrvm Solutions as the automated dialler platform to replace the previous Genesys system.

This implementation follows TSC's strategic requirements review which identified a need for a reliable, scalable platform recognising the growing needs of TSC's business, both at its current outbound campaign base in Falkirk and also across multiple UK sites. The solution also facilitates TSC's International dimension.
