SIP call centre applications yield continued growth
Woking (UK), April 2007 - Rostrvm Solutions Limited has reported over 40% growth in revenues during 2006. For the second year in succession Rostrvm Solutions' business growth has been driven by the company's innovative Voice over IP inbound and outbound call centre applications.
"Our SIP-based Voice over IP applications for call centres began to deliver operational benefit to our early-adopter customers during 2004 and 2005", commented Simon Wellings, Managing Director, Rostrvm Solutions. "Last year Voice over IP entered the mainstream with the overwhelming majority of our new customers implementing our SIP applications to complement traditional telephony systems."
Wellings continued "The key change over the past year is recognition by customers that taking advantage of Voice over IP does not mean they have to throw away existing equipment. We have designed our software to both protect and enhance existing call centre investments."
