Woking (UK), January 2006 - Rostrvm Solutions Limited has added integral data encryption to its multimedia call centre software suite.
Increasing volumes of text-based call centre transactions - email and SMS for example - together with the parallel increase in flexible-working practices such as home working make data security and data encryption an important issue.
